Let's face it motherhood is work. It's hard work! But believe us it's one of the most rewarding jobs you could ever do. So hang in there, it will get better. You're doing great!

Is breast always best?
You bring your baby to your breast, but they’re not latching. What do you do? Some mothers have no problem breastfeeding their babies. But for many, the process of breastfeeding isn’t a straightforward one, for them or their babies. Inverted nipples, low milk supply, babies’ with tongue ties and more, can make breastfeeding difficult for some.
The good news is you’re not alone. There’s lots of help out there. Getting help doesn’t make you a bad mother, it makes you a great mother. If breastfeeding doesn’t work out for you and your baby, don’t beat yourself up about it. There are options out there. Your baby needs to be fed and ‘fed is best’.

There are many physical and mental health benefits to exercising. While the way you exercise may need to change, there are many ways you can stay active after having a baby.
We asked three mamas for their top tips on keeping active with a baby. Here’s what they had to say:
1. “Wake up early before baby” says Jess from Birmingham.
“Once my daughter had a clear sleep routine, I woke up 45 minutes before she did to workout. It felt so good to be able to do something for myself every morning before she and my husband woke up. It makes me feel ready for the day and all the challenges being a stay at home mum brings with it.”....
